Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will actively contribute to the optimization of our organizational structures, processes, and ways of working. If business transformation is your passion – let’s shape the future together.Your ChallengeDepending on your experience, you will either take ownership of key workstreams or lead entire (sub-)projects in the following areas:

• Planning, managing and executing business transformation projects
• Supporting change initiatives across structures, systems, and processes within all divisions of the Greiner Group
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes in collaboration with functional teams and senior management
• Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and external partners while managing key internal stakeholders
• Preparing and presenting project documentation, status reports and decision-making materials for various target groups – particularly executive management and the board
• Supporting change management initiatives and helping implement new tools, methodologies, and ways of working

Your Profile

• University degree in business administration, management, project management or a comparable field
• Initial project experience or several years of professional experience in project management – ideally in transformation, change, or organizational development
• Strong skills in research, data analysis and financial or operational modelling
• Ability to translate complex information and data into clear, visually compelling presentations
• A structured and solution-oriented mindset combined with a high level of initiative
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style – also in complex stakeholder environments
• Familiarity with classical and/or agile project management methodologies (e.g. Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI)
• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal skills
