Run what runs the worldThis Position reports to: Head of Quality & OpEx ManagementYour Role: Own the ChallengeThe successful candidate has a solution-oriented and detail-oriented working style and will be responsible for managing projects aimed at resolving quality issues, including product defects, supplier quality concerns, and customer complaints. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Quality Issue Management & Resolution: Handle complex quality cases using Six Sigma and standard problem-solving methods, define project KPIs, and resolve product-, supplier-, and customer-related quality issues.
  • Root Cause Analysis & Supplier Management: Investigate quality issues with stakeholders, implement corrective actions, monitor supplier performance, and drive sustainable solutions for supplier-related problems.
  • Customer Complaints & Quality Control: Track and resolve customer complaints using structured analysis, ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through inspections, dashboards, and regular reviews.
  • Documentation, Communication & Continuous Improvement: Maintain project documentation, establish efficient processes, provide stakeholder updates, and drive continuous improvement in quality processes.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in quality management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in quality management software, tools, and data analysis, PMP or CQM certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant regulations.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and supplier evaluation/audits.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 4,341.85 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.More about us:
