Job description: Total Source Ltd is actively seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills to join our team as an Ecommerce and Product Coordinator. This is a full-time position based in our Galway office, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to contribute to the success of our organisation.Job Responsibilities:As an Ecommerce and Product Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our purchasing and product management processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• General purchasing and product maintenance for online listings
• Day to Day Product Data Capturing
• Categorising products correctly for our online catalogue
• Product listing optimisation for customer experience including descriptions and images
• Maintaining product listings on various third party E- Commerce selling platforms like Amazon and Ebay
• Ensuring Pricing is adjusted based on cost changes to maintain profitability
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained taking into consideration lead times from suppliers and shut down periods
• Monitoring Product Opportunities where there is potential for product range expansion
• Maintaining Sound supplier Relationships
• Maintaining and updating purchasing and pricing records
• Managing product listings on Google merchant centre and Google search console
• Identifying opportunities to upsell products
• Working with various plug ins and programmes used for increasing sales and bettering customer experience.
• Compiling Product promotions lists for the sales team
• Scheduling sales promotions on SAP
• Assisting with SEO tasks related to product listings

Experience and Skills Essential to the Role:To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

• You will need to be Confident in computer and data literacy
• Experience working on e-commerce platforms is preferred but not required
• The role requires a logical thinker with good communication skills and strong business acumen.
• Experience working with SAP B1 preferred but not required
• Google merchant centre stock listing management experience preferred but not required
• Google search console experience for product listings preferred but not required
• Understanding of specs required for image optimisation for e-commerce platforms preferred but not required
• Understanding of best SEO practices preferred but not required
