Job description: Quality Control Analyst – Fix Term ContractA leading global food and beverage manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Analyst for its production facility located in Little Island. This is a fixed term contract-based opportunity offering the chance to work in a dynamic, high-performance environment focused on producing well-known consumer products.About the Role:As a member of the Quality team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring product safety and quality by conducting raw material testing in compliance with company specifications and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and timely testing and approval of raw materials in line with company protocols.
• Ensure adherence to all confidentiality, safety, and ISO/GLP standards.
• Manage the inventory and replenishment of laboratory supplies.
• Support effective collaboration between the QC lab and production teams.
• Assist in the integration of new products in collaboration with Manufacturing and R&D teams.
• Accurately log and track QC samples in laboratory information systems.
• Maintain meticulous records of data and sample handling to ensure traceability.
• Prepare production and delivery samples within required timeframes.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment as necessary.
• Promote a safe lab environment and uphold Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working with ingredients, raw materials, or food/beverage products.
