This award-winning programme offers excellent career opportunities for people who have a proven track recording in combining excellent technical ability with first class interpersonal and communication skillsJob DescriptionWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support microbiological operations in a GMP-regulated environment. The QC Microbiology Analyst is responsible for performing critical environmental monitoring and water sampling on the client site to ensure product safety and facility control. The ideal candidate has hands-on microbiology experience, strong documentation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.Job Responsibilities· Perform:o Environmental monitoring of GMP areas.o Sampling of water systems; WFI, RIW, Clean Steam, etc.o Anaerobic bioburden testingo Biological indicator testingo Media Fill readso Plate readingo Basic lab support functions· Handle, document, and manage samples according to procedures and GMP requirements.· Assist in coordinating equipment maintenance and calibration.· Use Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)/Mobile Data Acquisition (MODA) for sample and sample test result tracking.· Participate in the training of other employees.· Investigate/own quality records.· Write trend reports.· Provide assistance to other members of staff where required.· Support overtime, weekend, and holiday schedule as required.Qualifications· BSc or Diploma in Microbiology or a related subject with a minimum of 1 years’ experience within a pharmaceutical regulatory environment.· Academic and or practical EM experience is a requirement for this role.· Knowledge of cGMPs.· Good team player, organised, detail-orientated, strong documentation skills.· Flexible, adaptable to changing priorities.· Passionate about quality and customer service.· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Candidates should have knowledge of/experience in the following:· Environmental Monitoring· Water sampling· Aseptic Technique· Systems: QMS/LIMS/MODAAdditional InformationThis is an opportunity to join Eurofins on a full time permanent basis.Working a 39 hour week, Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00.Benefits of pension contribution, medical insurance, health insurance and bonus are included in package.Eurofins Management and Team on client site for support.Opportunity to get to know fantastic people and be part of a great team.Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company, providing a unique range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries, to make life and our environment safer, healthier and more sustainable.
