Job description: ​ What you need to knowMy client in the healthcare sector is looking to recruit a Quality & Compliance Officer for site in Co. Tipperary. This is a permanent jobYou must have your own transport and Full Irish Driving license as travel to other locations will be a requirement.You must have experience in quality & compliance in a social care or healthcare settingYour new jobParticipate in the design and implementation of audits in collaboration with the Compliance, Safeguarding and Risk Manager.Carry out audits, setting and reviewing action plans for improvementMonitor and report on the effective implementation of regulatory complianceLead in quality improvement projects and reporting on the progress of development projects/initiatives in line with project plansMaintain electronic data on compliance/quality improvement programmes,Support the development, implementation and monitoring of KPI’s across services.Support the development, implementation and monitoring of KPI’sDeliver training & coaching of company systems & processesCoordinate & implement new systems when requiredUndertake stakeholder engagement, surveys, consultations, data collectionEnsure policies are reviewed and co-ordinate the policy review process.Full Irish Driving license & own transport – travel requiredWhat are we looking for?3rd Level Qualification in Social Care, ID Nursing, Psychology, Behavioral Support Specialist, or related discipline.Qualification in Quality Management and have relevant experience in auditing and using quality systemsExperience quality and safety & service development in a social care or healthcare setting3-4 years experience in a compliance officer role.Understanding of current policy and developments in relation to social care within disability servicesAnalyse data and monitoring of progress against service delivery targetsHighly analytical with strong attention to detailFull Irish Driving license & own transport – travel requiredApply for this job now or get in touch with Lisa –By applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
