Quality Assistent ensures that approval and release of inspection lots, OQ/PQ, finish goods are performed according to drawings and purchase specifications. Non-conformities or CAPA´s are identified, evaluated, and handled according to QMS.Key Responsibilities:General:

• Maintain QMS documentation.

• Training of colleagues in relevant tasks.

• Release of raw materials according to specifications.

• Release of finish goods according to specifications. Including approval of sterilization report from external vendor.

• To block, restrict and release material in ERP system.

• Execute measurements of OQ, PQ (but not limited to) and release according to specifications.

• To use statistic tool/software to trend and release material.

• Support updating inspection sheets, procedure and in general quality documents and documentation.

• To participate in projects and Corrective and Preventive Actions.

• To take preventive and corrective actions for non-conformities detected.

• Support at audits/inspections.

• Achieving.

• AD-hoc

Skills & Experience:

• Familiar/knowledge of GMP’s and ISO 13485 or similar regulations. Preferred. • Min.1 year experience on medical devices environment, required.

• Experience on the handling of laboratory equipment.

• Experience on the sampling and result controls of them and take decisions by their analysis.

• Ability to handle high pressure situations.

• English written and verbal skills, required.

• Basic computer skills

Qualifications/Education:

• Professional career according with position. Required.

• Technical education, laboratory technician or equivalent. Preferred
