Job description: Role: QA/QC Lead – Large Construction Campus
Location: Kronstorf
Permanent Position – Competitive Package.Role OverviewThe Quality Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality assurance and control systems across the CSA scope of works. You will ensure all construction activities are executed in compliance with client specifications, international standards, and local regulations.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage the Project Quality Plan specific to CSA works.
  • Ensure that all civil, structural, and architectural works are executed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes/standards.
  • Lead and coordinate quality inspections, audits, and test procedures for concrete, steelwork, finishes, and external works.
  • Interface with subcontractors, client representatives, and the internal project team to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Manage and maintain documentation related to quality, including ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), checklists, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective/preventive actions, and QA/QC records.
  • Participate in weekly progress and quality meetings, reporting on KPIs and compliance metrics.
  • Support the handover process, ensuring that all relevant quality records are complete and accurate.
  • Train and support site teams in implementing best practices for quality control.

Key Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Quality Management role, preferably on data centre, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical projects.
  • Proven experience with CSA packages (concrete, steel, finishes, façade, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with European construction standards and Austrian regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese is an advantage).

Expected salary: €120000 per year
