Contract Type: 11-Month Fixed-Term ContractAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Recruiter – EMEA to join our team on an 11-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage full-cycle recruitment for a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working remotely while collaborating with global teams. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent across a variety of functions and levels, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and championing diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and lead the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer, across roles ranging from entry-level to senior positions.
  • Build robust candidate pipelines across multiple functions and regions, with a focus on balanced and diverse slates.
  • Drive inclusive hiring practices by prioritizing diversity at the top of the recruitment funnel.
  • Collaborate with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations, and finance to develop and execute hiring strategies.
  • Influence and advise business leaders and hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview techniques, and decision-making best practices.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, continuously looking for innovative ways to “surprise and delight” candidates.
  • Accurately manage candidate data in recruitment systems to support effective reporting and compliance.
  • Source and engage exceptional talent through creative and strategic approaches.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, sharing the mission and values with authenticity and enthusiasm.

What You Bring:

  • 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience in high-volume or G&A recruitment is a strong advantage.
  • Proven success in identifying, qualifying, and closing top-tier candidates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas.
  • Strong analytical, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a growth mindset – open to feedback and eager to improve.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational skills, a solutions-driven approach, and attention to detail.
  • High self-motivation, creativity, and adaptability.
  • Genuine curiosity and a desire for continuous learning and development.
