What you will Do:

• Build high-value relationships with candidates and clients that directly boost your earnings

What You Will Have:

• 9 months to 2 years of professional experience in a customer service, sales agent, or customer support role in insurance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Driven to progress into a senior role through consistent, high-quality work
• Proven track record of hitting KPIs and/or targets in a performance-driven role

Total Compensation for an Average Performer:Year 1 – €45k+, Year 2 €65k+
