Job description: Our technology client, in Dublin City Centre, have a requirement for a Recruitment Coordinator for an 12 month contract, offering hybrid working.RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED

  • Extensive and complex interview coordination.
  • Organize, track and administer confidential/sensitive data, such as keeping track of projects and career goals of key technical contributor
  • Heavy calendaring -including negotiation of complex scheduling conflicts, and meeting logistics, Webex, video conferences, conference calls
  • Preparing and reconciling expenses in multiple currencies
  • Meet & greet external candidates and support test administration
  • Interface with external vendors and finance to track invoices
  • Onboarding for new hires as it relates to equipment
  • Working with facilities for space arrangements
  • Support Talent Acquisition events and career fairs
  • Extensive and complex travel arrangements, both international and domestic

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2+ years recruitment Coordination experience
  • Experience working in a multinational organisation
  • Excellent sourcing skills, with exposure to various recruitment tools
  • ATS experience
  • Experience with offer management and consulting compensation packages.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
