Leadership Role: Manage and inspire a diverse team of 37 professional, technical, administrative, and operational staff.
Community Focus: Partner with local authorities, public bodies, and community groups to create lasting social and recreational benefits.

Key Responsibilities
Drive recreational growth and community engagement to enhance social, health, and economic benefits for local communities.
Work collaboratively to deliver the Dublin Development Strategy and align regional planning with corporate objectives.
Build partnerships and funding opportunities to support capital projects and enhance public spaces.
Champion Health & Safety governance, ensuring best practices are embedded across all operations.
Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and succession planning for the region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, public representatives, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Lead, motivate, and support your team, creating a positive working environment with opportunities for staff development.

Expected salary: €99000 – 110000 per year
