Outlier AI is looking for Danish-speaking software engineers to contribute to the training of next-generation generative AI models. Work from anywhere in Denmark and be part of cutting-edge AI development!About the Role

• Position Type: Freelance/Contract
• Location: Remote (within Denmark)
• Schedule: Flexible hours – work up to 40 hours per week
• Compensation: 204-340 DKK/hour ($25-$50 USD/hour) based on your experience and project fit

What You’ll Do

• Write and respond to questions about software engineering and computer science to support the training of AI models
• Evaluate and rank code generated by AI models
• Collaborate with generative AI systems in debugging, improving, and crafting production-ready code

What We’re Looking For

• Language Skills: Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken)
• Technical Experience: Hands-on experience in software development
• Coding Languages: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog
• Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and mentor AI systems with structured, thoughtful feedback
