Job description: Retail Sales Assistant will work as part of a team to provide first-class customer service to the customers and assist retail sales staff where required.The employees enjoy sharing their vast product knowledge with their customers daily. • Provide a superior customer experience by matching the customer’s needs through product demonstration and the ability to close the sale.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Achieve sales targets
• Be part of a team
• Maintain store standards
• Enhance the customer journey and go the extra mile to build trust and loyalty with all customers.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience
• Friendly, energetic work ethic and self-motivated
• Ability to understand the customer’s needs, utilising strong communication skills and building relationships with customers.
• PC literate with proficient use of Excel
• Great organisational skills
• Ability to work to targets
