Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you’ve been searching for.A Day in the LifeAs a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst reporting to the RGM Manager, you will be a key player in optimizing pricing strategies and maximizing revenue for the L’Oréal Consumer Products Division in Prague. You’ll work closely with multifunctional teams (Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Business Development, Finance, and Consumer Market Insights) to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven recommendations. This role offers a unique blend of analytical rigor and strategic thinking.Under the supervision of the RGM Manager, the RGM Specialist:
- Conducts RGM analyses with multifunctional teams (marketing, brand, commercial, BD, Finance, CMI)
- Combines internal & external, financial, and not financial data
- Identifies, confirms, and quantifies potential RGM initiatives on recommended average consumer prices and related Pack price architecture, on Category, Product, Channel & Customer mix management, on Promotional schemes and ROI per brand, account, pack type and on Retail selling story and trading terms management)
- Owns promotion tools and trains all relevant stakeholders on it
- Designs and updates tracking tools of RGM performance (Performance dashboard, implementation of RGM initiatives…)
- Provides input to RGM teams (local & Central) on potential improvement of RGM analytics and tools
- Shares best practices, new analyses performed in the country
Our ideal candidate:
- Bachelor / Master’s degree
- FMCG/Retail experience is advantageous
- Data Analyst experience would be considered a plus
- Person with excellence in analytical skills – through analysis of market and profitability data, preparation of reports etc.
- Responsible and organized person, with hard-working attitude
- Energetic with good communication (and presentation) skills
- Flexible, self-motivated and result/business oriented and able to adapt to work in fast-paced environment
- Active and advanced user of MS Office, with focus on Excel and excellent analytical skills
- Advanced user of Power BI
- An interest in using Data Science Tools
- Fluent in English, other regional languages would be considered as an advantage
