The role will be responsible for the ownership and completion of DDQs and RFP’s for IFAs, Investment Consultants, DDQ/RFP platforms and other clients and prospects. The role requires good industry and product knowledge, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will liaise closely with multiple business areas and stakeholders to co-ordinate and project manage all requests whilst developing a thorough knowledge of TrinityBridge’s structure, our products and our USPs to add value to the DDQ/RFP process. Key responsibilitiesOwnership of the DDQ/RFP processComplete DDQs/RFPs and other similar documents to a very high standardMaintain standard DDQs/RFPs and provide tailored responses to bespoke requestsDevelop and manage effective relationships with stakeholders and SMEs across the business, with the aim of creating and maintaining high quality DDQ/RFP responsesWork with the business development teams to understand their requirements and ensure we are providing the key information to support their activities. Also identify opportunities for value to be added in their messagingDevelop corporate, industry and competitor knowledgeWork with the relevant business areas to create new and review existing content for use within DDQs/RFPsMeet deadlinesDeal with multiple concurrent requestsMaintain responses within RocketDocs, which is an external system that contains all of the firm’s standard questionnaire responses, which are used to help in the production of DDQs/RFPsProactively contribute ideas and continuous improvementMaintain knowledge of current regulatory practice Regulatory responsibilities | Compliance/T&CDemonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.
