For over 5 years, we’ve been supporting professionals at every step of their career move, from improving their profiles to getting job offers and settling in a new country.Now we’re looking for a dedicated B2C Sales Manager with Russian and English fluency to join our fully remote team and drive our global sales efforts.Tasks

• Present and sell our B2C job search and relocation services
• Manage and convert inbound leads
• Re-engage dormant clients and identify new opportunities
• Conduct sales video calls
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with marketing, relocation, and operations teams
• Track activity and performance in HubSpot CRM
• Report regularly on KPIs and results

Requirements

• Fluent Russian and English (C1 minimum)
• 3+ years of successful sales experience
• Proven ability to close deals via phone/video calls
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven attitude

Nice to Have:

• Experience in EdTech, services, or relocation
• Background in high-value B2C deal closing (€5K+)
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Workspace tools
