Job description: We are looking for an experienced colleague for the position of Sales and Business Development Manager in our Retail Media team. As a Sales and Business Development Project Manager, you will build and develop relationships with clients and partners, are responsible for meeting sales targets and managing internal stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is a passionate self-starter, sees the opportunity within change, builds enduring relationships, and has a strong drive for results.Background:We are building a new Retail Media and Data business line and assembling a team, which is responsible for retail media sales, coordinating with internal stakeholders such as legal/accounting/marketing/buying department. You will be responsible for helping us define and grow the retail media sales portfolio as well as for managing the sales pipeline and meeting sales targets.You can expect growth and very close work in a small team with a big corporate international organization to have your back and you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing.Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop relationships with clients and partners for our retail media business
  • Help realize the revenue/profit potential in data and media commercialization
  • Sales of retail media services to media agencies and advertisers directly
  • Working with and managing external reselling partners
  • Growing the portfolio of services that we can sell
  • Sales of insights, analytics, reports, which are based on our extensive loyalty card data
  • Close cooperation with our group headquarter in Vienna and your colleagues in other countries

Professional Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales, business development, account management experience in tech, market research, media or advertising
  • A university degree (Business, Commerce, Marketing is a great benefit)
  • High level knowledge and understanding of Out-of-Home and digital advertising
  • Knowledge and understanding of retail market data, e.g. Nielsen, GfK etc. (advantage)
  • Substantial knowledge of local FMCG business environment (advantage)
  • English skills
  • Driving License B
