About Sales Offshore
Sales Offshore is a dynamic division within Vestas NCE, overseeing all commercial activities throughout the offshore wind project lifecycle. From early client engagement and bid preparation to contract negotiation and handover to the Construction team, we ensure a seamless and strategic approach to project delivery.
We are a team of skilled experts engaged in offshore markets within the NCE region. This position is situated within our bid management and sales support unit, aimed at ensuring operational excellence and consistency. Together, we work collaboratively to deliver high-impact solutions and contribute to Vestas’ mission of becoming the global leader in sustainable energy.ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Sales team throughout the entire sales lifecycle-from pre-qualification and bidding to contract negotiation and handover of turbine supply agreements. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Organising, coordinating, and participating in both internal and external meetings, while managing associated tasks, timelines, and follow-ups
- Monitoring deliverables from team members to ensure accuracy and completeness, using appropriate reporting and tracking tools during contract negotiations
- Facilitating the timely and efficient exchange of documentation with customers, in line with established procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar environment, such as an international organisation managing complex, long-term projects. Nonetheless, recent graduates who have a keen interest in the renewables sector are also welcomed to apply
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly effective communication skills in English, in both written and oral forms
- Proficient in delivering presentations that communicate information clearly and in a professional manner to different stakeholders
