Job description: In this Sales / Business Development role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and work within the existing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the refrigeration, air conditioning, service and maintenance sectors.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in refrigeration and air conditioning, as well as competitor activities.
  • Use CRM system to manage daily activities and report regularly to Sales Director.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong proven experience in sales
  • Ability to generate new business, as well as manage and grow existing client relationships.
  • A willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits as required.

Base salary of €60k plus uncapped commission to achieve an OTE of €100k+, company vehicle and opportunities for career progression are on offer.You must be currently residing in Ireland holding the right to work to be considered for this role.

Expected salary: €100000 – 120000 per year
