- Process mapping
- Business clarifications
- Refinement with the team, presenting business needs and translating them into solutions
- Communication with end users, training and demos
- Support and maintenance of our solutions, often requires investigation with end users as well as developers

About the teamYou will be part of the Omnichannel Customers & Partner team, which is a well-founded team that has fun and has an open dialogue. It is an experienced team that focuses on collaboration and learning. We work DevOps and therefore have a mix of people who both develop and operate our solutions. We have Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Tech lead, developers, and BAs as part of our teams.Who are you?The ideal candidate has:
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Business Developer or similar role
- Insurance experience or experience from the financial sector
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce (Sales and Service cloud) or a willingness to get to know the platform
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of process mapping and optimization
- A curious and exploratory approach to work and isn’t limited to working within familiar areas and processes
- Declarative or administrative skills in Salesforce are an advantage
- Experience with DevOps and agile ways of working are an advantage as well
