It is important that you thrive in this type of environment.Key Responsibilities:Implement Salesforce Service Cloud in our North American Salesforce instance.Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce to meet business needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Salesforce features.Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions.Conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure ongoing system adoption.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce environment.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.If experienced, lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion.Coordinate with project teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.Personal skills:Pro-active, and flexible with a positive can-do attitude in a fast-paced business environment.Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills.Analytical, structured, and commercially astute.Team player, with strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and influencing skills.Excellent English oral and written communication skills – other languages is a plus.Functional skills:3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with a focus on Service Cloud.Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.Project Management experience is a strong asset.Experience in office365 especially PowerPoint and ExcelInterest in learning about business processes and systems.Ideally previous experience with project roles, but not required.Are you interested?Apply by August 17th, 2025.We are evaluating applications as they come and hire when the right candidate is found, so please send application and CV in English as soon as possible.If you have any questions to the job advertisement don’t hesitate to contact Anne Gronemann:Email: agro@circlekeurope.comPhone: +45 20712798Our ambition is to be an exceptional place to work.
