Job description: Our client is part of a globally leading company in the field of food and feed safety, with a focus on natural feed additives and food analysis. The site in Lower Austria (Getzersdorf) plays a central role in the global network for feed additives and sustainable animal health solutions.Responsibilities:Troubleshooting ERP and logistics issues in global SAP systemsResolving technical quality and customs-related issues in the SAP environmentMonitoring IDOCs and interfaces to ensure smooth transaction flowsMaintaining and validating critical logistics-related master dataAnalyzing recurring system or data issues and developing sustainable solutionsUsing reporting tools to harmonize and optimize processes and systemsDocumenting support cases and contributing to training materialsSupporting users with SAP and ARIBA-related queriesAligning system processes in collaboration with cross-functional teamsSupporting ERP testing, go-lives, system transitions, and post-go-live stabilizationQualifications:Minimum of secondary school diploma (Matura) and solid professional experience in logistics, business administration, or ITAt least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP in the modules SD, MM, and LEProven ability to monitor and resolve IDOC/interface issues in ERP systemsStrong skills in supporting transactional processes and maintaining master dataExcellent English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plusStructured, solution-oriented work style and the ability to work independently in global teamsWe offer:A responsible position in a globally leading company with a focus on sustainabilityA hybrid work model with flexibility and personal responsibility (50% home office)On-site parking and cafeteriaDiverse development opportunities – both professionally and personallyCollaboration within an international and diverse teamRoom for initiative, creativity, and innovationA fair and performance-based compensation system starting at €3,700 gross per monthWe look forward to receiving your application!SkillsSAP, ERP, Logistik
