Job description: To support the continued growth of our network, we are looking for experienced and highly qualified experts to join our talent pool in Germany. We regularly staff international SAP transformation projects, typically with durations of 6 to 12 months.We are currently seeking SAP Migration Managers with a strong background in data migration within complex SAP environments, including S/4HANA programs and cloud-based solutions.Partial on-site presence in Germany is required.Please note that only candidates based within the EU can be considered.TasksPlease note: The exact tasks and responsibilities will be defined based on the client’s needs in each individual project request.Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in large-scale SAP/ERP/IT transformation programs, with a strong focus on data migration.
  • 10+ years of experience in data migration leadership roles, including experience as a Migration Manager or in a core migration team.
  • Proven track record of managing complex data migrations across heterogeneous SAP landscapes, including SAP ECC to S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions.
  • Deep understanding of SAP data structures, modules (e.g. FI, CO, MM, SD), and their interdependencies to drive effective migration strategies.
  • Expertise in designing and executing end-to-end data migration strategies: scoping, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
  • Solid knowledge of data quality management, data governance principles, and master data harmonization across business units.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL tools and technologies, middleware, and data integration concepts.
  • Familiarity with SAP migration tools and approaches (e.g., SAP Data Services, SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, LTMC).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across business and IT.
  • Excellent problem-solving, change management, and conflict resolution capabilities, paired with a hands-on mentality.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel within complex program environments.
  • Experience working in structured project environments using methodologies such as SAP Activate, SCRUM, SAFe, PMI, or PRINCE2.
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong plus.
  • International project experience and the ability to coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams effectively.
