Job description: At Sidekick Network GmbH & Co. KG, we connect experienced SAP professionals with leading enterprises. We’re currently building a talent pool for upcoming SAP TM projects a major player in the mining and chemical industry, known for their global operations in salt and fertilizer production.TasksWe are seeking SAP TM Consultants to join our talent pool for upcoming assignments. You will play a key role in optimizing and managing transportation processes within a global supply chain, contributing to digital innovation in the raw materials sector.

• Analyze logistics and transportation requirements in mining and bulk materials handling.
• Design and implement SAP TM solutions tailored to the supply chain structure.
• Integrate SAP TM with adjacent SAP modules like SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA.
• Support go-lives, user training, and provide post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP TM consulting, ideally with industry exposure to mining, chemicals, or heavy goods.
• Deep understanding of freight order management, route optimization, and cost calculation.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and complex logistics networks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• English required; German language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel in Germany as needed.
