• Design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions to meet business and operational requirements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and developers to ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.
• Lead functional design activities and provide input on architecture and solution design.
• Act as a trusted expert within the team, guiding decision-making and supporting team collaboration across multiple workstreams.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues, providing solutions to both immediate and cross-functional challenges.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation to ensure application reliability, stability, and performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, with a focus on SAP TM and pharmaceutical supply chain processes.

• Advanced proficiency in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in a pharmaceutical environment is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) is a plus
• Intermediate proficiency in Build Management
