Job description: Selective Distribution Agreement (SDA) Project ManagerFixed-Term Contract (until 30th December 2025)As the Commercial Contracts Project Manager for L’Oréal Luxe UK & Ireland, you will be a key player in ensuring the successful rollout of new Selective Distribution Agreements (SDAs) across our prestigious brands. You’ll work closely with the Commercial, Retail, Master Data, and Legal teams to manage every stage of the SDA process, from initial store evaluations to final contract signature. This role is crucial for maintaining the exclusivity and prestige of our brands within the UK & Ireland market.A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Sit within the Commercial team of the Luxury division of L’Oréal UK & Ireland, as the commercial contracts project manager responsible for leading the roll-out of new Selective Distribution Agreements (SDAs) across our luxury brands.

• Manage all aspects of the SDA project end-to end, from evaluation of retailer stores through to issuing and signature of SDAs.

• Be the main point of liaison between the Commercial, Retail, Master Data and Legal teams, addressing queries in relation to SDAs

• Manage training and upskilling on SDA processes within the Commercial and Retail teams.

• Compile audit information for Finance teams and ensure audit levels maintained.

• Establish actions for failed retailer stores and advise Commercial teams on next steps, including issuing notification letters. Create and maintain centralised toolkits for reliable and consistent store assessments. Maintain an accurate database tracking the retail estate across our luxury brands.

• Manage centralised filing system for SDA’s.

• Track brand rollouts/removals and store openings/closures on long term basis.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven project management experience

• Prior experience within contract management desirable

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal

• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills

• High attention to detail

• Organisational skills

• Drive and tenacity, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in the FMCG/retail sector desirable
