Clients benefit from a wide range of aviation skills, services, and global expertise for effective and convenient solutions.With more than 400 consulting projects and 120 airport transactions, the Group is an ideal partner for airport privatization and development and well known in the airport industry.For our office in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate and experiencedSenior Airport Planner – 100% (m/f)to join and help us shape the airports of the future.You will work on international terminal and master planning projects, from concept to implementation, with a strong emphasis on user flows, operational efficiency, and client value.Responsibilities:– Lead and contribute to terminal planning and design projects
– Perform demand/capacity analyses and develop facility requirements
– Translate planning concepts into actionable project scopes (schedule, cost, design parameters)
– Oversee the development of project definition documents and conceptual layouts
– Support strategic airport planning including general aviation, cargo, and support functions
– Prepare and review Airport Master Plans and Layout Plans
– Identify improvements using simulation, modeling, and capacity optimization
– Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
– Mentor and guide junior staff
– Contribute to business development activities in terminal planning
– Prepare funding documentation and support grant applicationsRequirements:– Degree in Aeronautics, Aviation Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
– At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in airport or transportation planning
– Minimum 3 years in a leadership or coordination role
– Strong analytical and conceptual design skills
– Experience in stakeholder engagement and project delivery
