Job description: Job Description:Role Purpose:

• To manage and develop the Cyber portfolio within the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania.
• To implement business strategy in this line by undertaking risk selection, underwriting, administration, handling existing cases (renewals) and developing new business portfolio within this area.
• To continue broker management with all segments of brokers with special focus on SGB, BIG 3 and Cornerstone segments. Building good relationship with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• To underwrite new business and / or renewals according to defined underwriting guidelines, specified budget and local business plan.
• To develop and manage existing portfolio of policies, establish brokers´ and clients´ relationships in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania. To provide presentations to business partners, manage business negotiations.
• To maintain accurate files, monitor and maintain existing policies.
• Adherence to all internal / external service standards including but not restricted to provision of new quotations, delivery of renewal terms, handling of mid-term amendments, provision of closings to CSU etc.
• To work within the framework of CHUBB ethical and service standards.
• Supporting Multinational Programs in respect of CYB line of business.
• Specific role responsibilities:

• regular review of the marketing material
• review and update of wordings in cooperation of Cyber Manager
• Keep updated all internal systems.

Qualifications:Qualifications/Experience:

• University degree – minimum 2-3 years working experience within the insurance industry
• Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge in the Financial Lines or Cyber product line, the insurance market and competitors.
• Solid experience of dealing with brokers and clients.
• Ability to make own decisions and work on own initiative.
• An experienced professional who is recognized externally.
• Languages:

• Czech & English
