Contract type: Permanent, Full timeYour Role & Team in a NutshellYou will be working as part of a close knit team, supporting General Ledger Accounting activities for our MAPA/Spontex brand. You will ensure accurate reporting and contribute to key projects that enhance efficiency, partnering with other teams to keep everything running smoothly. We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.Your Key Responsibilities:

• Work on monthly cyclical tasks that include month end closing, consolidation & reporting and balance reconciliations.
• Handle and record bank payments, perform reconciliations and balance sheet analyses, support ad-hoc reporting.
• Perform regular reviews of balance sheets and P&L accounts to identify trends, errors or omissions
• Partner with different departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support in coordination and progress monitoring around internal and external audit requests.

What You’ll NeedMinimum:

• Background in Finance/Accounting with a relevant degree or equivalent qualifications (US GAAP,SOX)
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role
• SAP Finance module, MS office
• Fluent in English language
• Growth mindset, openness to change
• Team player

Your advantage:

• Knowledge of any European language is a plus
• Experience / knowledge of Blackline and Hyperion (HFM)
• Proactive approach, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize work
