We are looking for an audit manager (m, f, d) asSenior Group Internal AuditorAufgabenPerforming complex and routine audits in all areas of the Group in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors’ standards while maintaining objectivity and Independence / Planning and conducting operational or financial audits at a local or global level / Taking audit initiatives, meeting deadlines and taking responsibility / Ensuring that audit objectives are met and completed on time, Ensure that audit objectives are achieved and completed on time / Identify and investigate weaknesses in processes and review findings against the controls listed in the manuals and analyze parts of SAP and other functionalities / Prepare focused audit reports for the Head of Internal Audit in an efficient and focused manner / Based on findings, / Based on findings, provide consultative support to line manager and recommend changes to improve performance and productivity and monitor changes / Contribute to the development of the Group’s internal audit function and its methodology, including the use of innovation / Occasionally participate in the Audit Committee with selected presentations / Maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders.QualifikationBachelor’s or Master’s degree / ACCA, CIA, CFE or CISA mandatory / Sound professional experience in internal audit in a large multinational company or in a “BigFour” / Understanding of Internal Control System, and Enterprise Risk Management / Analytical, independent personality with the ability to take on leadership tasks / Being diplomatic and persuasive in presenting audit findings and recommendations / Creative problem solver / Outgoing and engaging in interpersonal and cooperative working style / Ability to build rapport and effective working relationships with employees at all organizational and cultural levels / Self-motivated and resilient / Delivering results timely and accurately even under pressure / Willingness to travel 30% / Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English; German is a plus.For an initial contact, please send us your documents by e-mail to contact@coni-partner. com or call us on +41 44 254 90 10.
