In this role, you will collaborate closely within the IT and commercial management teams and be leading the delivery of a portfolio of IT and digital initiatives with several high-performing teams.How you will make an impactThe Commercial ART delivers IT and digital initiatives across Arla’s commercial functions. Our team covers the IT solutions supporting our sales capabilities in the markets, including field sales, customer service, ecommerce and customer self-service, novel data, analytics and reporting applications for e.g. revenue optimization, large SAP backend solutions, and more.As RTE, you will have overall responsibility for planning and executing IT delivery activities aligned with business plans. You will be leading a high-performing IT delivery organization with skilled colleagues, managing vendor/supplier relations, and engaging stakeholders across the organization. You will work with a diverse landscape of internally and externally managed IT solutions.We strongly believe in agile methodologies, frequent deliveries, focus on business value, and empowerment. You will work in a scaled agile setup (SAFe) with cross-functional agile teams, including colleagues from business functions, IT and digital, and external consultants in an international environment. Specifically, you will:

• Drive IT deliveries by supporting scrum masters and delivery managers in planning, executing and controlling their initiatives.
• Drive IT ways of working and ensure the selection of suitable delivery approaches for each initiative.
• Drive IT solution innovation and standardization with usage of new and existing platforms and applications.
• Set direction as people leader and ensure proper resource allocation.
• Be an active member of the RTE team and the RTE Community of Practice.

Further, you have:

• Education at Bachelor / Master’s level.
• Experience managing people and leading teams to success.
• Experience working with Agile processes, preferably SAFe.
• Experience working with program management, Prince2/IPMA/PMI certification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience with IT and/or digital development.
• Broad experience with Salesforce, Azure, SAP, Data & Analytics, and Ecommerce technology is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
