Job description: DescriptionAs Senior J920 Service Manager (m/f/d) you will shape and execute key service strategies for our global J920 fleet, driving customer satisfaction and EBITDA growth. You will coordinate a team of skilled professionals, ensuring excellence in service contract lifecycle management and continuous improvement of our service offerings.At INNIO we offer you:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the performance of the J920 Service Product, ensuring optimal customer outcomes and business results
  • Lead structured contract margin reviews in close collaboration with Service Finance and regional teams
  • Foster strong cooperation with Service Sales, ensuring transparent knowledge exchange and alignment on new Service offers
  • Optimize and maintain CSA J920 contracts and special release rules (DoA), collaborating cross-functionally to maximize revenue and contribution margin
  • Accountable to iIdentify non-profitable contracts and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance profitability
  • Responsible to lead structured performance reviews, setting and tracking pricing targets against regional benchmarks

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor´s / Master´s Degree in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, process, mechatronics, etc.) combined with commercial & business administrative experience
  • Very strong experience with service operations
  • Deep knowledge of Service Businesses, preferrable Multi Year Agreements
  • Knowledge of CSA end to end lifecycle process, financial accounting and pricing
  • Substantial professional service experience in the energy industry paired with strong commercial and technical background
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Independent, proactive, flexible work style paired with a hands-on mentality and a high say-do ratio
  • Ability to drive change in a challenging, volatile, and high matrixed business environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
