You’ll play a critical role in migrating from Broadcom/BMC tools to IBM mainframe tools, including DB2 and Omegamon. Your expertise will help guide internal teams in architecture, configuration, and best practices.How you’ll spend your dayAdvise and support internal teams and customers during the mainframe tool migrationProvide hands-on configuration and implementation support for IBM DB2 and OmegamonAct as a mentor and subject matter expert for IBM mainframe architecture and toolsCollaborate with stakeholders to map system architecture and document processesShare technical knowledge with internal teams to enable effective installationsContribute to testing, validation, and quality assurance proceduresParticipate in defining best practices and ensuring compliance across environmentsYou’ll be successful if you haveExtensive experience working with Broadcom/BMC and IBM mainframe toolsStrong expertise in DB2 (as a system programmer or DB2-expert level) and OmegamonPrevious experience with large-scale mainframe migrations or transitionsAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience in mentoring or advising internal teamsKnowledge of functional testing and data validation (a plus)Familiarity with IBM’s project management tools (a huge plus)Proactive attitude and collaborative mindsetWhat we offer
