Job description: Manager, Digital StrategyWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Strategy Manager to join our IT department. A successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and driving our digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including the CIO and her leadership team.This role can be placed in one of our offices in Copenhagen, Hong Kong, or the UK.What you’ll be doingYour key responsibilities will include:

• Digital Strategy Development – Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and goals.
• Integrated Roadmap Planning and Management – Create and manage an integrated digital roadmap that outlines key initiatives, timelines, and milestones, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Championing Transformation Across the Group – Act as a change agent, promoting and driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization to enhance efficiency, innovation, and customer experience.
• Driving Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CIO to drive strategic planning efforts, ensuring that IT initiatives are aligned with business objectives and priorities.
• Bridging the Gap Between IT and Business Needs – Serve as a trusted partner to business units, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable IT strategies and solutions.
• Supporting IT Governance Processes – Assist in the development and implementation of IT governance processes to ensure compliance, risk management, and alignment with best practices.
• Collaboration with CIO and Leadership Team – Collaborate closely with the CIO and her leadership team to develop and communicate strategic messaging, with support from the internal communications team.

What we’re looking forWe are seeking a passionate professional with Digital Transformation experience. In addition to this, to be successful in the role, we imagine that you possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in digital strategy development and execution within a large organization – preferably with consulting experience
• Strong understanding of IT governance processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change across an organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership, including the CIO, to drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience in the CPG / FMCG industry is a plus
