Working closely with the Head of Delivery, as well as collaborating with other client managers and key stakeholders across the organisation. The individual will contribute to ongoing development, refinement, implementation of and adherence to best practice processes, procedures and controls in line with the overall mission, culture and values of IQ-EQ.This senior client facing role involves responsibility for managing key client relationships, servicing as primary escalation point for clients and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will serve a central role in shaping the client experience and will be a key stake holder in strategic interactions and relationship managementThe Senior Manager will lead and develop a high performing team, acting as both a strong people leader and subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and hands-on support to team members when required, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and professional growth.WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You’ll lead, develop, and oversee a high-performing team, ensuring the delivery of all loan administrative services for a designated client portfolio while fostering a culture aligned with IQ-EQ’s mission and values.
  • You’ll drive career development across all levels, managing progression plans for direct reports and promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth throughout the team.
  • You’ll act as the primary escalation point for client engagements, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, handling complex discussions around fees and service levels, and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
  • You’ll spearhead strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution, while supporting business growth through sales pitches, RFPs, and fee proposals.
  • You’ll champion continuous improvement and market awareness, leading quality-driven service enhancements and staying informed on industry trends to better serve clients and support internal knowledge sharing.

QualificationsABOUT YOU

  • You have over 10 years of relevant experience in loan administration, syndicated loans, agency services, private debt, or structured credit (CLOs), ideally within a service provider, trustee, or asset manager.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Loan Administration Systems, and ClearPar.
  • You possess strong knowledge of the loan and CLO markets, with additional experience in investment accounting.
  • You have a proven track record in a management role, demonstrating leadership and team oversight capabilities.
  • You bring a deep understanding of operational processes within loan servicing and structured finance environments.
