The Senior Presentations Manager, Seismic is responsible for supporting the Marketing team to deliver best-in-class marketing collateral to support business development and client service. In performing this role, the Senior Presentations Manager, Seismic will also assist with the upkeep of the data so that our collateral and messaging are competitive and up to date. This person should be an excellent communicator (written, verbal) and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines. The role will be supported by central resources in the areas of design, marketing compliance, and internal and external distribution.Key Responsibilities:Help posting and monitoring of all central and standard sales collateral and tools on the Seismic sales portalHelp to maintain the marketing and sales content on the Seismic platform and where applicable the public websitesSupport the publication and delivery of Marketing and Communication materials, templates and toolsetsWorking closely with data teams to ensure availability and reliability of underlying product data required for update automationBack up for wider presentations team members as required from time to time.Working closely with Product Marketing Leaders across asset classes, leveraging thematic content as needed.Guiding and educating wider business on the content production processCoordinating and signing-off of translations of English reports into other languages for inclusion on SeismicDriving automation and standardization of presentations where possible.About the candidate:Experience with Seismic and HTMLFinancial industry marketing experience preferredExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent conceptual and critical thinking skillsAbility to analyse complex issues and make sound decisions in a timely manner, managing multiple deliverables concurrently while handling short-term interruptionsStrong initiative; must be able to work independently and as a member of a team with strong time-management skillsAbility to build relationships across organizational groupsWilling to take initiative and act independentlyExperience with Microsoft Office products and CRM systemsWe are proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer.
