Our more than 2,000 IT experts and enthusiasts are the bank’s Digital Muscle.Our Production & Continuity Management department is searching for an experienced Process Expert.What to do:Continuously identify and support process improvement opportunities, aligned with the latest ITIL frameworks, particularly in the areas of BCM, ITSCM, and Crisis ManagementApply a data-driven approach to assess process performance and quality by analyzing KPIs and data integrity, and implement necessary enhancementsCollaborate closely with fellow process managers to manage the project and improvement backlog, ensuring effective and sustainable solutionsSupport regular reviews and updates of policies, procedures, and process documentationAssist in internal and external audits related to process responsibilitiesWork in close partnership with the Process Team to ensure performance targets are consistently metMaintain and update process documentation independently, while coordinating regularly with colleagues and subject matter expertsIndependent responsibility for administrative, organizational, and documentation tasks as part of regular and recurring test activitiesTake ownership of improvement initiatives, from conceptualization to implementationProactively drive the execution and evolution of process improvements and development measuresSupport the ongoing development of the ITSM tool (ServiceNow), focusing on data maintenance, automation capabilities, and reporting functionalitiesYou check these boxes:A completed education (HTL, FH, university and/or experience in the bank IT environment)You bring a high problem-solving ability as well as speak the language of the different internal and external stakeholdersYou understand the IT landscape and have experience in IT Service Management and frameworks such as ITIL and COBITYou ideally have experience and/or certifications in business continuity, IT service continuity and crisis managementExperience with project collaboration or project management is an advantageYou have a solution-oriented mindset and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and way of workingYou have a high level of self-motivation and can work independentlyYou have excellent communication skills in English (German language is an advantage)You are able to work in a dynamic environment and are flexible and able to adapt to changing business requirementsWhy you will like us:Possibility to benefit and learn from our international, talented and passionate community at ErsteInterest groups and clubs: Take part in discussions and get involved in projects.
