Job description: OverviewAs the Senior Product Manager, Consumer, you are responsible for creating consumer-facing product experiences in service of our mission to manage the world’s blood pressure. To do so, you will deeply understand their needs throughout the user journey — all while managing the product roadmap, feature development, and the KPIs that measure our impact.This is a remote-friendly position but must be available during European work hours and willing to regularly travel to our centers of engineering excellence in Switzerland and Belgrade.Role Responsibilities

  • Identify product opportunities via market research, customer interviews, and analytics
  • Create, prioritize, and evangelize the product roadmap
  • Lead a cross functional team through product discovery and development
  • Establish and collect success metrics (KPIs) to ensure we are achieving our intended outcomes
  • Manage change and ambiguity. We’re a fast growing startup, you’ll be responsible for keeping the team focused on the customer in an ever-changing environment.

RequirementsWhat we look for

  • 5+ years experience managing products that improved the lives of consumers
  • Demonstrated product taste and experience shipping products that drive impact
  • Experience with AI tools for product development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both live and asynchronously
  • Insatiable curiosity for understanding digital behavior, motivation, and adoption
  • Make it happen attitude, comfortable with ambiguity, and wearing many hats
  • Self-starter, proactive, demonstrated self and team motivator
  • Ability to persuade and problem solve with cross functional partners
  • Expertise in digital product discovery and development
  • Experience defining use cases/user stories intended for design and development teams
  • Someone that flourishes in fast paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • Passion for healthcare and/or improving health through technology

Ideal but not required

  • Experience operating in a regulated product category
  • Experience in cardiovascular monitoring or digital therapeutics
  • A solid grasp of the healthcare and consumer channels and/or physicians and other key decisions makers in the clinical channel
