If you have a proactive mindset, a strong analytical foundation, and a love for structure and storytelling, you might be the perfect fit for our Senior Specialist, Project Management role in the Store Creative & Design (SC&D) team at Pandora’s Global Office in Copenhagen.As a Senior Specialist you will support the successful delivery of high-impact projects and key workstreams that require close cross-functional collaboration and alignment with the SC&D leadership team. You will play a central role in ensuring that projects meet our quality standards, are within budget, and are delivered on time for the markets to execute with excellence.You will support the Strategic Project Manager in defining and executing the strategic priorities within SC&D and ensuring best-in-class project management. This includes developing and maintaining project tools (e.g., templates, trackers), conducting analyses (e.g., business cases, budgets, testing, impact measuring), and contributing to high-quality presentations. Furthermore, you will build strong partnerships across other Marketing functions, external suppliers, global business stakeholders, and market teams.Key responsibilities will be:Drive and support projects and/or key workstreams from kick-off and brief to implementation and testing in collaboration with a cross-functional teamEnsure project scope and plan are defined and aligned with functional experts and key stakeholdersPrepare business cases to evaluate the benefit, cost and risk of alternative optionsOversee the project development and facilitate cross-functional collaboration and problem solving in a timely manner to meet project deadlinesMaintain a full overview of SC&D projects and status tracker for clear stakeholder communication and alignmentEstablish and role model good project management practices and governance within SC&DDeliver regular updates to senior stakeholders, including key findings, recommendations, test results, and budget status, to keep projects moving forwardCreate high-quality presentation materials to support communication to the SC&D leadership teamWe are looking for a strong talent and driven team player with excellent analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, proven project leadership skills, and a passion for creativity and design. Ideally, you have:A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or related fieldMinimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management within Marketing / Retail, Management Consulting, In-house Strategy & Business Development, or similarManaged complex projects with strategic importance within Commercial/Marketing/RetailStrong analytical foundation based on quantitative and qualitative skills (e.g., creating business cases)Ability to deliver structured and simple messages through presentationsExperience engaging with senior stakeholders and facilitating meetings independentlyExperience from jewellery, retail, fashion, or FMCG industryExperience working in a global organizationTo be successful as a Senior Specialist, Project Management, strong influencing and communication skills are required. Ultimately, the Specialist should be extremely well organized and be able to oversee complex projects that depend on multiple functional experts and stakeholders in both Global Office and markets.
