Besides this, we are responsible for projects which span the whole Core Services Division of Erste Digital and beyond. Such a project will be a first assignment: managing the activities of a strategic migration project.What to do:

• Be responsible for the delivery of complex cross divisional technical projects/initiatives of Erste Digital & bank units

Coordinate all necessary tasks and ensure that the local delivery plans and deliveries are aligned with the overall enterprise strategy/plansManage the project scope and scope change requestsManage the project schedule (master plan) and actively monitor the progress of the projectDefine and take corrective actions according to the project status (incl. updating the project plan)Establish effective communication structures and set up a good relationship with stakeholdersLead the team and solve conflictsManage project budgets and monitor availability of committed resourcesGenerate project reportsManage the relationship to 3rd Party Providers with all major stakeholders involved and based on defined rules and regulationsBe able to manage agile as well as waterfall IT projects also with change management perspectivesYou check these boxes:
