As a Senior Project Manager, you will join our Internal Improvement and Strategic Projects Team, working closely with our Functional Management Team. Your day will be filled with identifying, scoping, and leading key operational and strategic improvement projects. You’ll collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to evaluate needs and drive impactful solutions. Your role will be vital in managing complex stakeholder relationships and fostering a culture of high-quality results and professional growth within the team.How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the Internal Improvement and Strategic Agenda for our Business Function, ensuring projects meet quality and timeline standards.
  • Identify, scope, initiate and lead key operational and strategic improvement projects with end-to-end responsibility for results, quality and timeline.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, operational stakeholders and subject matter experts to evaluate and prioritize business needs.
  • Manage a complex set of stakeholders across multiple organizational levels to drive change and measurable impact.
  • Support ad-hoc management requests and contribute to the effectiveness of Management Meetings.
  • Act as coach and sparring partner for your colleagues and project teams.

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in navigating large-scale and complex enterprise settings and managing internal portfolios.
  • Solid track record in cross-functional project management, with a background in Management Consulting, Strategy/Business Development or Transformation/Change Management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and conceptual skills, and a passion for challenging the status quo with innovative and value adding solutions.
  • Ability to structure complex topics and break them down into manageable work-packages and deliverables.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication skills, across all levels of the organization including Senior Management.
  • High level of proactiveness, drive, persistence and accountability, paired with a “can-do” mentality and focus on results and impact.
