A temporary position (1 September 2025 – 31 December 2026) in our large IT & Digital department, offering the chance to contribute to the continued growth and innovation of Denmark’s leading retail company. Specifically, you’ll lead one of our most exciting and high-impact e-commerce projects, involving close collaboration across key areas of the business.Your tasks and responsibilities
You will be responsible for a key project in our One Ecommerce Program, driving progress and implementing solutions that ensure a seamless customer journey and a strong omnichannel experience. The project will help us better understand customer needs, communicate proactively, and deliver relevant, data-driven content.You’ll work closely with two other Senior Project Managers in the program and ensure professional project execution with focus on business value, scope, budget, and timeline – including coordination of both technical and business stakeholders.You will lead a dedicated project team, collaborate with Scrum-based product teams and external vendors. Upon completion, you will ensure a smooth handover to operations and free up the team for new projects. You will also contribute to developing our project methods and support fellow project managers through coaching and knowledge sharing.Who are you?
You prefer a dynamic work day with changing collaborators and business areas – but with a fixed base in project management. You are a great communicator, experienced with management of project participants and thrive with a broad collaboration with stakeholders within all organizational units and at all levels.You are an independent and results-oriented Project Manager, who are capable of making difficult and fast decisions – based on facts. You solve problems proactively and you are a great facilitator of solutions. Based on your experience you are tailoring project management methods across agile and waterfall, tools and organizations to fit the specific project.Your professional background

• 5-10 years of project management experience within the IT industry, primarily with management of projects regarding application development.
• Experience with Scrum or other agile methodologies and IPMA B, Prince2 Practitioner or other relevant certification.
• It is to your advantage if you have experience with Retail, Digital development, ERP or SAP Projects
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
