You will advise on a broad range of commercial and residential property disputes, including but not limited to:Commercial landlord and tenant disputesTelecoms rights and property-related issuesDevelopment disputesSecured lending recoveriesProperty-related insolvency adviceHigh-value residential disputes, including enfranchisementProperty-related professional negligence claims (acting for claimants)Mediation, arbitration, and contested litigationThe firm prides itself on providing real estate disputes advice to top clients, including commercial property institutions, financial institutions, investment companies, and high-net-worth individuals.
