Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 120 offices worldwide.As part of our growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the delivery team on a major data centre commission in Denmark.Job DescriptionAs a key member of our regional supply chain team, you will:

• Act as the key point of contact to the client overcoming procurement issues whilst leading sourcing and procurement efforts for assigned projects and supplier categories; ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.

Manage vendor relationships across critical service areas across several suppliers.Support contract administration from initiation through executionProvide actionable feedback to teams on new tools, processes, and systemsOversee procurement activities to ensure timely contract execution and deliveryEnsure all entities are properly vetted and ready to support contract fulfillment.Review and refine scope documents with project teams to ensure clarity and completeness for the services being procured.Prepare and submit change orders, ensuring alignment with master agreements and internal processing protocols.Track key contract milestones, collaborating with project teams to maintain alignment with construction schedules.Communicate contract status and risks, keeping project teams informed of executed agreements and any critical considerationsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, or a closely related disciplineAround 7 years’ professional experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying, or a comparable role within the construction sectorProven track record in delivering sourcing, procurement, and contract management support for large-scale construction programs and projectsExperience working with global clients on international construction initiatives is highly desirableSolid understanding of international construction standards, methodologies, and industry best practices.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
