Job description: We are seeking a High-Performing Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand market presence within the construction and building materials sector.The Opportunity – Senior Sales Executive

  • Drive new business development by identifying and securing opportunities with contractors, developers, and construction companies.
  • Leverage existing relationships to unlock new revenue streams and maximize repeat business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell to existing clients, increasing wallet share and deepening partnerships.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Deliver detailed sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the full product range, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5+ years’ proven success in sales or business development, within the construction or building materials industry – ESSENTIAL
  • A strong, Active Ledger of Industry contacts ready to engage.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic mindset — able to spot opportunities and develop winning strategies.
