In support of our existing team, we are currently looking for:Senior Specialist, Marketing Oncology (m/f/d)Position OverviewOverall topline responsibility for marketing of a certain product or product portfolio & servicesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our products and services, while also working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the company’s goals and valuesDrive marketing projects including analysis, strategy and business & brand plan development, implementation of omnichannel campaigns and expense management delegated to her/ himEnsure all activities are driven by highest ethical and compliance standardsPrimary ActivitiesStrategy development:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our products and servicesTranslate the global and local product strategy into local priorities and lead development of brand specific L3 brand plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s overall goals and valuesCollaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales collateral, presentations and other OCE materials (digital, print & event material) that support the sales processMarket understandingAnalyze market research to identify trends and opportunities and use this data to inform marketing strategies & implement respective measures to achieve business goalMonitor industry trends, competitive activities, and new product launches and use this information to adjust marketing strategies as neededCustomer focus:Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, PAGs and key opinion leaders in the industryCost management:Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness using data analyticsCross functional collaboration:Ensure alignment on L3 brand plan between various stakeholders and departments such as Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, DDAL & ComOpsLeading OCE agile brand teams towards commercial excellence in executionQualificationsEducation:University Degree or above, preferably in business or life sciences (e.g. marketing, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine);Skills Required:Deep knowledge of the overall Austrian healthcare system and the role of the individual customer groups within the healthcare environment (oncology an advantage)Proven ability to understand & learn science and translate it into messagesAbility to develop and manage professional relationships, networking & to navigate within matrix organizationKnowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory compliance, and marketing guidelines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages and contentUnderstanding of customer behavior and the ability to develop customer personas to inform marketing strategyExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and the ability to manage customer data effectivelyStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through agile working principlesExperience with data analytics and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaignsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical / compliance, ComOps, DDALGerman & English proficienciesStrong MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) expertiseTrack record of several years’ experience as Jun.
