You’ll work closely with stakeholders to define, assess, and implement airport strategies, investment plans, and operational improvements.Responsibilities:– Develop airport business strategies, investment programs, and long-term development plans
– Lead market assessments, feasibility studies, and traffic forecasts
– Support airport privatization and transaction advisory processes
– Analyze and optimize commercial and operational performance
– Assist clients with strategic planning, regulatory positioning, and stakeholder engagement
– Prepare business cases and financial models to support investment decisions
– Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and external partners
– Represent AC/ARX in client meetings and industry events
– Support business development efforts and proposal preparationRequirements:– Degree in Aviation Management, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
– At least 10 years of professional experience in aviation consulting, strategy, or planning
– Proven experience working with airport operators, investors, regulators, or airlines
– Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is essential
– Strong knowledge of airport economics, master planning, and commercial strategy
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Confident communicator with leadership experience
– Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German or French) are an asset
