Job description: Popis poziceSenior Strategic Buyer #Romanian – international work environment.Are you fluent in Romanian and English and you have proven expertise in strategic purchasing?As a Strategic Buyer, your role will involve:o Assisting category managers with strategy development, sourcing execution, and strategic planning.o Engaging with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.o Designing and executing negotiation strategies, identifying key levers, validating approaches with stakeholders, and leading negotiations to optimize savings and ensure timely supply.o Evaluating vendors, assessing their capabilities, and ensuring they meet business needs.o Continuously working to enhance operational efficiency.o Overseeing supplier selection and procurement activities to support business growth.o Mentoring junior team members and fostering their professional development.o Contributing to company-building initiatives, including talent acquisition and recruitment efforts.PožadavkyWhat you already have:

• Advanced English and Romanian in Spoken and Written form (B2+)
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic or tactical buying
• Experience with sourcing, and negotiation activities
• Some management or team-lead experience is preferred
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects at once
• TQM, Six Sigma, or APEX is a plus
