We ensure the right quality levels and compliance across systems and processes—from development to the customer—working hand-in-hand with other areas of the Quality organization.In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Deliver results: Take full accountability for executing projects and programs to meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead decisively: Define and implement clear project structures, including scope, goals, budgets, and action plans.
• Drive success: Manage risks, enforce deadlines, and maintain focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders: Use strategic communication and influence to align stakeholders and overcome challenges.
• Foster performance: Build a results-oriented culture within your project team, empowering members to push boundaries and excel.

To succeed you must hold:

• Extensive experience: At least 7 years of project and program management experience, ideally in the food, pharma, or biotech industries.
• Proven track record: Demonstrated success in managing complex global projects and delivering tangible results.
• Master of execution: Expertise in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering outcomes.
• Master of change management: Drive change by acknowledging people as a key success factor.
• Decisive communicator: Strong, clear communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels and cultures.
• Leadership excellence: Confidence to make decisions, maintain composure under pressure, and provide clear direction.
